Dr. Ruth Klein is a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of clinical and leadership experience in behavioral health. She currently serves as Interim Clinical Director Consultant at Revive.

In this role, Ruth provides strategic and clinical oversight to support Revive Life’s commitment to high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health care. Her focus includes enhancing staff supervision, strengthening documentation and quality assurance processes, refining program structure, and aligning clinical operations with regulatory and accreditation standards.

A New York native, Ruth received her BA from Barnard College (Columbia University) and her MA and PhD in CliniCAL and Social/Personality Psychology from New York University. She holds additional certification on substance use and co-occurring disorders. Ruth has served in senior leadership positions in large outpatient mental health settings, including roles as Director of Behavioral Health and Director of Compliance. She is also a seasoned consultant, known for helping behavioral health agencies optimize care delivery, improve team functioning, and prepare for audits and licensing reviews. Her approach balances clinical integrity with operational efficiency, fostering environments where staff can thrive and clients can heal.
