At Revive Life, we offer three structured outpatient programs, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Support Groups, designed to meet patients exactly where they are in their recovery journey. Our programs are not one-size-fits-all schedules. They are clinically designed pathways, each with a different level of intensity, a different time commitment, and a different purpose. Our clinical team works with each patient to recommend the right program based on diagnosis, severity, lifestyle, and goals. No one is pushed into a program they do not need. And no one is offered less than they require.

All three programs are available at our Gaithersburg, MD clinic at 316 E Diamond Ave, serving patients from Gaithersburg, Rockville, Germantown, Bethesda, Silver Spring, Potomac, and all of Montgomery County. Most major insurance plans are accepted. Same-day admissions are available for patients ready to begin.

Partial Day Treatment Program (PDTP):

The Partial Day Treatment Program (PDTP) at Revive Life is a structured outpatient level of care that provides daily clinical treatment in a supportive, therapeutic environment. PDTP is designed for clients who need consistent, day-to-day clinical engagement, whether transitioning between levels of care, stabilizing after a mental health crisis, or requiring more structure than IOP alone can provide. All sessions are delivered at our Gaithersburg clinic, and clients return home each evening.

Yes, most major insurance plans, including many Medicaid plans, cover IOP and PHP. Our team will confidentially verify your specific benefits at no obligation before your first appointment. Self-pay options are also available for all programs.

Do your programs treat both mental health and addiction?

Yes. All Revive Life programs are equipped to treat mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and Dual Diagnosis, co-occurring mental health and addiction challenges treated simultaneously within one integrated program. This integrated approach produces significantly better long-term outcomes than treating each condition separately.

How long do your programs last?

Program length is personalized based on your clinical progress, diagnosis, and goals, not a fixed calendar. IOP programs typically run 8–12 weeks, while PHP programs vary based on clinical need. Your care team will regularly review your progress and adjust your program timeline accordingly.
