Insurance or Self Pay
Online Insurance Form Our Health insurance verification form is confidential. This verification allows our team to check the health insurance benefits, and provide you with an overview of any cost for treatment.
Confidential Assessment
Onboarding phone call Pre-admission phone assessment. This assessment usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes, and sometimes longer if a client is on a longer list of prescription medications.

Join a welcoming, confidential support group guided by licensed counselors. Our program helps women share personal stories, practice processing skills, and learn practical stress- management tools — both in-person in Gaithersburg and via Telehealth.
