Our expert team of therapists and medical professionals tailor each treatment plan to the individual, ensuring that both conditions are addressed in tandem.

Is Addiction Treatment Confidential?

Yes. At Revive Life Mental Health & Addiction Rehab Center, all addiction treatment services are handled with strict confidentiality. Federal privacy laws require us to protect your personal and medical information, including details related to substance use treatment. Your information is kept secure and is never shared without your written consent, ensuring your privacy and peace of mind throughout the admissions and treatment process.

Telling your employer you need time off for treatment can feel difficult, but you have options and legal protections. In the United States, laws such as the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) may allow you to take medical leave while protecting your job. In most cases, you only need to inform your supervisor or human resources department that you require medical leave. You are not required to share specific details about your condition or treatment.

It can help to plan the conversation in advance and be prepared to discuss the expected length of your leave and how your responsibilities will be managed during your absence. Your employer may ask for basic documentation, such as a medical certification, depending on the type of leave you use. Before starting treatment, you can also decide whether you want to stay in touch with your workplace while you are away.
