Revive Life has been the neighborhood’s outpatient mental health and addiction rehab clinic since opening at 316 E Diamond Ave. We’re a fully outpatient facility: no overnight or residential stays, just structured, evidence-based care delivered by a team that treats the whole person, not just a diagnosis on a chart.

Yes. Evening IOP sessions are available for patients who need to keep working, going to school, or managing family responsibilities during the day.
Is Revive Life a residential or overnight facility?
No. Revive Life is a fully outpatient clinic. There are no overnight or residential stays. You come to the Gaithersburg office for scheduled sessions and go home the same day.
