Revive Life has been the neighborhood’s outpatient mental health and addiction rehab clinic since opening at 316 E Diamond Ave. We’re a fully outpatient facility: no overnight or residential stays, just structured, evidence-based care delivered by a team that treats the whole person, not just a diagnosis on a chart.

Yes. IOP, PHP, and individual therapy sessions are all available by telehealth for patients across Maryland, in addition to in-person care at our Gaithersburg clinic.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
We recommend calling ahead so our admissions team can verify your insurance and match you with the right program, but same-day phone assessments and admissions are available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

No. Revive Life is a fully outpatient clinic. There are no overnight or residential stays. You come to the Gaithersburg office for scheduled sessions and go home the same day.
